With traditional fixed van racking, cabinets, drawers and stock remain inside the vehicle. Tools and materials often have to be carried to the work location in several trips. With Dynnox, the complete organised work unit rolls out of the vehicle and goes directly to the job. This reduces walking and lifting and makes the equipment more flexible and transferable. Yes. Dynnox is designed so that one person can load, unload and move a complete mobile work unit. As the undercarriage moves into or out of the commercial vehicle through the car interface, the legs fold in or out automatically. The user therefore does not have to lift the complete load. Dynnox is designed for commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes with a suitable, preferably flat load floor and can be used in almost all common vans. Examples include the Ford Transit and Transit Custom, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Vito, Volkswagen Crafter and Transporter, Renault Master and Trafic, Peugeot Boxer and Expert, Citroën Jumper and Jumpy, Opel Movano and Vivaro, Fiat Ducato and Scudo, Toyota Proace, Nissan Interstar and Primastar, Iveco Daily and MAN TGE. This is not an automatic approval list: the door opening, loading height, wheel arches, floor space, loading direction and selected Dynnox model must always be checked. Yes. Depending on the commercial vehicle and its equipment, Dynnox can be installed and used through either the rear door or the side door. The best loading direction depends on the door opening, loading height, available space, wheel arches, working route and the dimensions of the installation module. This choice must be made before installation so that the car interface can be positioned and tested correctly. View the assembly instructions.

Dynnox is available as the L46, XL36 and XL53. The L46 is medium-sized and manoeuvrable, the XL36 is narrow and long and moves easily through narrower passages, and the XL53 is the widest and largest model for more substantial applications. The right model is selected according to the commercial vehicle, loading route, installation module and the way the system will be used on location.

Yes. In many cases, the undercarriage and installation module can be reused when you change commercial vehicles. However, the car interface, wooden floor panel and adjustment will not automatically fit every new vehicle. The loading height, door dimensions, floor, mounting points and chosen loading direction must be checked again. Yes. Dynnox can optionally be equipped with four larger pneumatic tyres. This version rolls more comfortably over paving, yards, gravel and other less even surfaces. The choice should preferably be made before ordering, because a Dynnox with pneumatic tyres is wider and requires a matching wooden panel and loading tray. The installation module is the functional equipment mounted on the Dynnox undercarriage, such as a drawer cabinet, workbench, machine, water tank, cooler or complete service unit. An installation module is not automatically included with every basic Dynnox system; the exact configuration depends on the selected package and quotation. The installation module can be configured with drawers, cabinets, cases, parts bins, a worktop, machine holders, measuring equipment, a power supply, batteries, a water tank, cooling equipment or other trade-specific components. Depending on the project, components from European vehicle-equipment brands such as Sortimo, bott, Modul-System, BEKS Systems, ALUCA, GEMA, Kit Utilitaire, Syncro System, StoreVan, Tecnolam, Order System, Optima System, MobiRack, FLEXMO, Work System, Würth ORSYmobil, Gruau and System Edström may be considered. Technical suitability must always be assessed for the selected vehicle, Dynnox model, dimensions, total weight, centre of gravity and mounting points. This is often possible because Dynnox is specifically intended to make existing or newly configured equipment mobile. The dimensions, total weight, centre of gravity, mounting points, controls, power supply and route between the commercial vehicle and the work location must be assessed in advance. The machine or cabinet must be securely fixed to the mounting platform without compromising stability or exceeding the maximum load capacity. The right installation module starts with your daily work process: which materials you use, in what order, how often and on which surfaces. The commercial vehicle, door opening, loading height, working route, dimensions, total weight, centre of gravity and required accessibility are then determined. The module must remain stable, lock securely and fit within the dimensions of the car interface. A dealer or commercial vehicle fitter translates this information into a practical design. All three Dynnox systems have a maximum load capacity of 250 kg:

• Dynnox L46: maximum 250 kg.
• Dynnox XL36: maximum 250 kg.
• Dynnox XL53: maximum 250 kg.

This capacity applies to the total load on the undercarriage, including the combined weight of the installation module, tools, machines and materials. The car interface is the vehicle-mounted loading and locking system fitted to the load floor of the commercial vehicle. It guides the Dynnox undercarriage during loading, activates the mechanism that folds the legs and positions the undercarriage for transport. After loading, Dynnox locks automatically onto the floor. Yes. In addition to a fixed installation, a removable car interface is available for all Dynnox models. This allows you to free the load compartment temporarily, use a flatter floor when Dynnox is not required or deploy the system on a project basis in another suitable commercial vehicle. The removable version must be installed and locked precisely and checked each time it is fitted. View the options for the Dynnox models.

There is no fixed installation time for every commercial vehicle. The time required depends on the Dynnox model, a fixed or removable car interface, the condition and construction of the load floor, installation through the side or rear door and any customised installation module. Ask the dealer for a specific estimate after inspecting the vehicle. Dynnox expressly recommends installation by a professional commercial vehicle fitter or coachbuilder because the positioning, mounting, adjustment and locking must be tested accurately. Dynnox is maintenance-friendly because of its straightforward mechanical design, but periodic inspection remains important. Depending on the intensity of use, check the wheels or pneumatic tyres, folding legs, bolted connections, attachment of the installation module, loading tray, car interface and automatic locking system. Keep guides and locking points clean and have any damage, play, collision or possible overloading assessed immediately. Your dealer can replace wear parts and retest the adjustment. Dynnox is TÜV-certified and is automatically locked inside the commercial vehicle by the car interface during transport. Components are tested and inspected throughout the production process and are made from high-quality materials. Certification does not replace correct installation, safe weight distribution, a suitable vehicle floor or proper use. The total price depends on the selected model, standard wheels or pneumatic tyres, a fixed or removable car interface, the wooden floor panel, mounting materials, the installation module and installation in the commercial vehicle. For Dynnox parts that are in stock, the stated delivery time is generally approximately five to ten working days. A customised installation module, special components, installation scheduling or products that are not in stock may extend the total lead time. Dynnox states a standard one-year warranty on all Dynnox parts and assembly, provided that the system has been correctly assembled, tested and professionally installed in the commercial vehicle by a commercial vehicle fitter or coachbuilder. The installer remains responsible for installation in accordance with the standards applicable in the relevant country. An installation module, cabinet, electrical installation or machine supplied by another company may be covered by that supplier’s own warranty conditions.
